Srushti deshmukh, in her third year of engineering is already beginning preparation for UPSC. She questioned whether engineering was an appropriate career path for her. In the following years, she realized that her passion was in civil service and began to concentrate on the field. She was encouraged by her parents to consider careers in civil services and to prepare for tests. Her focus was on becoming an IAS officer. Achieving UPSC is a lot of work. As she studied her engineering subject she was also able to study for various areas of the UPSC. The preparation for the exam was carried out every day. She prepared for engineering tests in only one and a half months. She stayed clear of social activities and social media platforms altogether. Her belief is that staying focused on the task at hand is the key to passing the exam. She aimed to pass this exam on the first go and put in a lot of hard work. Her habit was to go through newspapers to keep up-to-date on current affairs every day. Online, she collected numerous study resources and also watched Rajya Sabha TV. IAS Srushti Deskmukh IAS Srushti Deskmukh published her own publication titled The Answer Writing Handbook. It is at libraries across all Indian states. It is an excellent book for IAS hopefuls who prepare rigorously to take the exam.
